.The Feldenkrais Method®, founded by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, is a form of somatic education uses gentle movement and directed attention to improve movement and enhance human functioning. Through this Method, you can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement.

Feldenkrais® is offered in individual sessions, called Functional Integration® or in group lessons, called Awareness Through Movement®.

 Occupational therapy assists in restoring function; adjusting and adapting to life changes; and finding alternative ways to perform daily activities. These include dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, eating, and meal preparation. You can also improve your sleep and rest habits, work performance. The goal is to promote health and participation in all aspects of life.

The Movement Clinic welcomes clients of all ages and has specialized in working with the Feldenkrais® method and with persons living with Neurological challenges (i.e. Stroke, Brain Injuries, Developmental Delays, Parkinsons, MS, Neuropathies, Dystonia etc.), Repetitive Stress Injuries (including carpal tunnel and sciatica) and Arthritis. Feldenkrais® is an insurance-approved method of neuromuscular re-education within rehabilitation therapies.
